Competitive Women's League TEAM
This is a competitive league, with the level of play being intermediate to advanced (upper B to A). This league is for teams who have league or tournament experience and have players that can execute basic strategies with ease.
Grab your friends for some indoor volleyball! Teams will play a 10+ week season, including playoffs. Registration cost includes referees, facility rentals, championship awards, and sales tax.
The North Metro Sports Association is a partnership between Fridley, Mounds View, and Spring Lake Park recreation departments to being adult sports leagues to the North Metro area.
